All the flavour of a Bakewell tart in a proper cake. A soft almond sponge made with ground almonds, layered with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries, finished with a scattering of flaked almonds. Rich, moist and nutty, and every bit as good with a cup of tea as the tart it takes its name from.
Dairy free as standard, like every cake we bake, so there is no need to ask or pay extra.
